This pillow cover is made from a traditional textile found only in the mountains of Northern Peru, typically used for carrying everything from babies to produce.
Peruvian cotton threads are dyed and woven by hand into fabric, lastly the loose threads are knotted into a lace like pattern. Each pattern is unique and one of a kind.

Indigo textiles should not be used against light colored fabric as transfer can occur.
