Sprouts are designed to be relaxed fit through the hip and entire leg with a cuff at the bottom. These are currently only available WITH a CUFF. Sprouts are bloomers extended, if you want small inseam shorts please check out the Bloomers listing.  Sprouts come in sizes from cloth diaper friendly through child 4yo. 

👉 Always review size charts to ensure fit! Remember, every brand fits differently. Don't assume a certain type of fit based on a style name you recognize from a different brand.

Please note that rainbow stripes are not guaranteed to match up due to the fabric being knit in the round.
